Elkhart County existing home sales were down 27.7% YTD from 2008,
and the median sales price was also down 20.7%.
In St. Joseph County, existing home sales were down 24.5% YTD from 2008, and the median sales price fell by 16.4%.
While sales remain weak, pricing seems to be leveling off the past couple of months. Which seems to be prompting buyer activity.
